Narayani Trust, in collaboration with Aditya Birla UltraTech – Narmada Cement Jafrabad Works, successfully organized a one-day Women Empowerment Training Program for 125 women beneficiaries from the nearby villages of Jafrabad.
As part of its commitment to partnering with organizations to strengthen community development initiatives, Narayani Trust designed and delivered the training through interactive sessions and participatory activities aimed at promoting awareness, confidence, leadership, and personal growth among women.
The training covered key themes such as:
- My Identity & My Strength
- Women’s Many Roles
- Decision Making
- Communication Skills
- Health Awareness
- Reflection Session
Through group discussions, experiential learning activities, and reflection exercises, participants were encouraged to recognize their strengths, build self-confidence, improve communication skills, and actively participate in decision-making processes. The program also provided a platform for women to share their experiences and learn from one another in a supportive environment.
The initiative marked a meaningful step towards empowering women and fostering stronger, more confident, and resilient communities.
